Position Summary:
The Marketer will lead campaigns that promote FaithSparkHub’s projects, digital products, and challenges. You’ll help grow our online community, create exciting campaigns, and bring fresh ideas that make faith-based content more engaging and impactful.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with our vision.
• Manage and grow FaithSparkHub’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
• Collaborate with our content and production teams to promote media projects and digital resources.
• Write and design creative marketing materials, ads, email campaigns, captions, and more.
• Research audience trends and create strategies that attract Christian creators and entrepreneurs.
• Track campaign performance and share insights to improve results.
• Support brand events, launches, and community challenges.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within media, digital business, or faith-based sectors.
• Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to connect faith-centered messaging with real marketing results.
• Ability to work on-site in Ibadan and collaborate with a diverse creative team.
• Must be willing to move or relocate to Ibadan (company accommodation is provided).
